1.内罐压力异常长高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回气阀开度过大或阀门失灵，应减小阀门开度或检修阀门。
May be V3 return valve opening is too large or valve failure, should reduce the valve opening or valve repair.
1.2可能是S1、S2安全阀失灵，到启动压力不启动，应检查安全阀。
may be S1, S2 safety valve failure, to start the pressure does not start, check the safety valve.
1.3可能是压力表指示不准确，应校验压力表。
may be pressure gauge indicates inaccurate, should verify the pressure gauge.
2.液位计指示不真实 Level gauge instructions are not true
2.1可能是液位计失灵，应检修液位计。

2.2可能是液位计接头处泄漏，应检修接头连接处，排除泄漏。

3.1可能是珠光砂未填实或下沉，应补充珠光砂，重新抽真空。

说 明Description:
⑴本储罐的操作系统多集中于储罐底部，仪表系统及组合阀设置在筒壁，便于观察操作.

(2) 内胆设置有两个安全阀S1、S2，夹层泄压装置B。

(3) 连接形式：进液口→2＂螺纹连接，排液阀→2＂螺纹连接，抽空口→法兰.

二氧化碳储罐的结构和安全特性
夹层封结后真空度规范为有效容积：小于等于10m3真空度≤ 2Pa大于10m3小于等于50m3真空度≤3Pa大于50m3小于等于100m3真空度≤
5Pa以精深的技能它作用主要是用来储存：油田清洗机，液态二氧化碳(LCO2功能方面：绝热资料选用热态下的珠光砂充填夹层并抽真空。共同的填充技术，质量保证许诺，以达到的绝热作用。
为真空粉末绝热型式低温液态二氧化碳储罐构造为表里容器构成的双层容器。可分卧式和立式两类，内容器资料选 16MnDR外容器资料可根据用户区域不一样选 Q235-B或 16MnR内、外容器夹层充填绝热资料珠光砂并抽真空。
安全阀定时校验时可封闭一侧，低温液体二氧化碳储罐选用 组合、安全体系阀”运用两组安全阀一起作业。另一侧持续作业，保证储罐的安全运转。

低温储罐是我公司七大事业中心之一---深冷容器事业中心主要产品，具有有5-200立方米立、卧式低温液体储罐（液化天然气储罐LNFG，液氧储罐LO2，液氮储罐LN2，液氩储罐LAr2，二氧化碳储罐LCO2）。
低温储罐是贮存低温液化天然气、液氧、液氮、液氩、液态二氧化碳等介质的贮存压力容器。低温储罐为双层固定真空粉末绝热储罐（贮槽）。液化天然气、液氧、液氮、液氩内胆原料选用不锈钢，二氧化碳储罐为16MnDR），外胆原料为Q345R或许16MnR。外表防腐涂层选用喷砂除锈、吹扫、喷涂等工艺，同时选用了挪威进口佐敦涂料，保证5年油漆不脱落。

低温储罐在内容器与外容器之间的夹层选用热态下的珠光砂为绝热材料并抽真空，以到达的绝热作用。
低温储罐产品主要用于液化天然气、液氧、液氮、液氩以及二氧化碳等气体的低温液态存储。1立方米液体能够代替130支气体钢瓶。它能够替代每天用气瓶往返运输，节约很多的人力物力。
