说 明Description:
⑴本储罐的操作系统多集中于储罐底部，仪表系统及组合阀设置在筒壁，便于观察操作.

(2) 内胆设置有两个安全阀S1、S2，夹层泄压装置B。

(3) 连接形式：进液口→2＂螺纹连接，排液阀→2＂螺纹连接，抽空口→法兰.

液体的储存 liquid storage
液体二氧化碳的储存属于带压（压力不低于0.8Mpa）储存。储存期间除压力表、液位计、安全阀应投入使用外，其他阀门应处于关闭状态。当储罐压力超过2.1Mpa时，开启V7排气阀降压。但应注意：内罐的压力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否则将引起液体二氧化碳转变为干冰。

二氧化碳储罐的长处
二氧化碳储罐是储存液态二氧化碳介质的储存压力容器。
二氧化碳储罐内胆原料选用16MnDR，二氧化碳罐外胆原料为Q245R或者Q345R。
二氧化碳罐选用“组合、安全体系阀”运用两组安全阀一起作业，在安全阀定时校验时可关闭一侧，另一侧持续作业，保证二氧化碳罐的安全运转。
二氧化碳罐选用热态下的珠光砂为绝热材料并抽真空，公司以共同的技术保证质量，以达到绝热作用。
二氧化碳罐具有运用寿命长、构造紧凑、占地面积少、集中控制、操作和维修便利等特色。
二氧化碳罐的规划压力为2.2MPa

储罐的增压 Tank pressurization

当储罐向外供液又需要稳定排液压力时，可利用汽化器（另外配备）进行增压。其操作过程如下：

2.3.1开启V2排液阀，使液体二氧化碳汽化器汽化，开启V3回气阀（根据用户回气管路的设置，V3回气阀可置于常开状态）从汽化器分流出来的气体返回储罐上部，使储罐内增压。
