低温储罐
低温储罐是用于存放液态氧、氮、氩、二氧化碳等介质的立式或卧式双层真空绝热储槽。内胆选用材料为奥氏体不锈钢；外容器材料根据用户地区不同，按国家规定选用为Q235-B、Q245R或345R，内、外容器夹层充填绝热材料珠光砂或铝箔、保温棉并抽真空。

二氧化碳储罐材料
绝热性能
绝热材料选用热态下的珠光砂充填夹层并抽真空，夹层封结后真空度标准为：
有效容积：小于等于 10m 3 真空度≤ 2Pa ，大于 10m 3 小于等于 50m 3真空度≤ 3Pa ，大于 50m 3 小于等于 100m 3 真空度≤ 5Pa ，以精湛的技术，独特的填充工艺，质量保证承诺，以达到的绝热效果。
安全技术特性
低温液体二氧化碳储罐采用 “组合、安全系统阀”使用两组安全阀同时工作，在安全阀定期校验时可关闭一侧，另一侧继续工作，确保储罐的安全运行。
操作系统
储罐内容器上部设置了压力表，差压式液位计和液位对照表，可以随时掌握内容器储存量及压力变化，便于充装及排液时的操作。
检测系统
储罐下部设置了储罐真空检测、真空规管及真空阀可定期或随时用真空计进行检测夹层真空度，确保储罐的安全运行。

3 本设备贮存的是-40℃的低温液体，管道、阀门冻结堵塞时严禁用重物敲击、火烤或冷水喷淋等方法解冻，应用70～80℃干净无油的热空气、热氮气解冻。
